"It's May and beginning of Spring in Europe," my thoughts when designing this cake for a 69 year old grandma and her 8 year old grandson. This family size (1.2kg, 8") Moist Lemon Cake feeds 10-12 mouths comfortably. Aren't the pastel-coloured floral cut-outs sweet?
