This must be at least the 5th Pocoyo-themed birthday cake I've done! Nonetheless, Pocoyo and his friends are always a colourful bunch and they never fail to light up a simple cake. This Moist Lemon Cake finished weighing a mere 1.4kg, enough to feed 8 guests.
